Dear Benjamin O. Davis Community,

It is with great excitement and gratitude that I introduce myself as the new principal of Benjamin O. Davis High School. I am honored to join this school community and look forward to partnering with our students, families, staff, and community stakeholders as we continue the important work of supporting every student's success.

For more than two decades, I have served students and families in a variety of educational leadership roles, with a focus on school improvement, innovative teaching and learning, technology integration, and creating strong school cultures where students and staff can thrive. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of leading schools through periods of growth and transformation, always keeping relationships, communication, and student achievement at the center of every decision.

As many of you know, our district is currently engaged in the Building Brighter Futures initiative, a process that brings both excitement and uncertainty as we prepare for the future. My commitment is to help make this transition as smooth and successful as possible.

 I will be working with you as we merge your beloved schools, Davis Aerospace and Maritime and Digital Arts. My goal is to honor the strengths and traditions of both school communities while creating a unified vision focused on student success.

I am truly looking forward to joining this community and to serving as the new principal of Benjamin O. Davis. Thank you for the work you do each day in support of our students. I am excited about what we will accomplish together.
